Keyboard shortcuts are keys or key combinations you can press on your computer’s keyboard to perform a variety of tasks. What are the most frequent shortcuts in PowerPoint?

1. To insert a new slide in micro seconds click Ctrl + M

2. To go to the slide below is Page Down and one slide up is Page Up. Please notice, that on some keyboard Page Up and Page Down are located on the arrow keys, then to push them you would need to use FN button.

3. To move a selected slide up or down in order, use Ctrl + Up/Down Arrow.

4. To move a selected slide to the end or to the beginning of your presentation, use Ctrl + Shift + Up/Down Arrow.

5. To select all slides in one click, use Ctrl + A.

6. To show or hide grid-lines, use Shift + F9. Grid-lines help you to align objects in your presentation and make it spotless.

7. To show or hide guides, use Alt + F9. Guides are there for you to see where the middle of the slide lays. You can use it to make the presentation visually symmetric and clean.

8. To start the slide show from the beginning, use F5, from the current slide – Shift + F5.

Universal shortcuts: Ctrl + S, F12, Ctrl + Z, Ctrl + Y, Ctrl + P.

Right mouse click will be Shift + F10.
